Laurel-Rain Snow was born and reared in California’s Central Valley, attending colleges throughout the state, including California State University of San Francisco, California State University of Sacramento, and California State University of Fresno.

She earned a B.A. in psychology from CSUS and an M.A. in counseling from CSUF.  For more than thirty years, she provided family crisis intervention services as a social worker.
With four grown children and seven grandchildren, she is now enjoying the writer’s life, having published five novels; she is also relishing the world of cyberspace through Internet marketing of her books.
As a social worker, she earned awards and recognition for her dedicated service.  She is currently listed in a Who’s Who publication.
